Paradise Resorts was recently formed to offer our friends, family and associates, use of our 2 private villas at Villa La Estancia (Cabo) - at severely discounted prices. Our properties have been clear title for many years and were previously used mostly for personal use. So, now that Deb and I have hit the ripe old age of 70, our priorities have changed. Costs associated with our ownership have risen dramatically in the last couple of years. We either sell or cover our costs with some rentals. So now we seek to share our properties and simply help cover some of our costs through rentals. We are not seeking a return on our investment. Therefore, we consider this a win/win for our friends. Because of this, our properties rent for approximately1/4 of the normal rack rate!
Initially we are adding two of our residences, located at the full ownership resort - Villa La Estancia, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The properties are carefully selected for their location, amenities, and comfort. We choose Resorts that are run as 5 star hotels, will all the associated amenities. We feel we offer Champagne Taste - On a Beer Budget! Give us a try and you will soon be part of our expanding family.
In addition to our exceptional vacation rentals, we also offer a range of services to enhance your stay. We can help you reserve everything from spa treatments to private chef services. We can help you create the ultimate vacation experience. We can act as private concierges, in addition to the concierge offerings of Estancia. Let us take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy your time away. As an example, we can help with reservations for transportation to and from the resort. We can also help with reservations for Sunset Dinner cruises on the Rissalena catamaran.
We will confirm availability, create and send you an invoice , and finally ask for a refundable reservation deposit.
Balance Invoice will be created and sent 30 days before your planned arrival.
